Join our Enpal Salesforce team for a dynamic role encompassing all facets of Salesforce work. Work alongside skilled professionals across various functions (Administrators, Product Managers, Developers, QA, DevOps) with ample opportunities for knowledge exchange and growth. Ideal candidates possess expertise in LWC, integrations, flows, and Apex/ECMA, offering hands-on technical support. Your Responsibilities:
- Proficiency in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, ideally CPQ, and Community Cloud
- Ability to translate IT requirements into actionable measures and articulate the approach
- Deep understanding of risk evaluation and impact in IT change activities
- Analytical capabilities, effective communication skills, and intercultural competence
- Deep knowledge of key platform technologies: Apex, Visualforce, Aura, LWC/Web components, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS
- Proficient decision-making ability, distinguishing between programmatic and declarative approaches
- Expertise in configuring standard platform functionalities versus building from scratch
- Comfortable working within release-management and agile frameworks
- Comprehensive understanding of software architecture and integration, with a focus on API-first designs and integration for rapid prototyping and app development
