Operations Manager - Photovoltaic Sector

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager with proven expertise in the photovoltaic (PV) sector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the operational aspects of PV projects, from procurement and installation to performance monitoring and maintenance. This role requires a deep understanding of PV technology, supply chain management, and project delivery in a fast-paced, growing industry.

• Proven experience in operations management within the photovoltaic (PV) sector is mandatory.
• A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in managing PV system projects and operations.
• In-depth knowledge of PV technology, systems integration, and renewable energy standards.
• Strong project management skills with experience handling multiple, complex projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage cross-functional collaboration, and drive operational excellence.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in project management software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
