We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Backoffice Operations Associate to join our Operations Team at our Tunis office. The selected candidate will be responsible for document management within the Operations team and will have the opportunity to take on additional tasks through job rotation, fostering learning across various processes and the development of cross-functional skills.
Main Responsibilities:
• Data and Document Management: Preparation, entry, and transfer of data and documents from our systems (primarily Salesforce) to those of external network operators via email and web portals.
• Document Creation and Verification: Creation of documents, both manually and using automated bots, along with accurate checking of data and documents to ensure the highest quality and precision.
• Internal Data Management: Inputting data into our internal systems and retrieving missing or requested documents.
Additional Responsibilities and Job Rotation:
In addition to the main responsibilities, the role may involve job rotation within the Operations department, offering the opportunity to learn different processes and enhance skills.
