We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR & Legal Manager to support Enpal’s expansion into the French market - a new and exciting venture for our company. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in French labor law, corporate legal compliance, and human resources management. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth establishment of our operations in France by overseeing legal compliance and building the local HR framework for our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:

Build and implement the HR structure for the French market, including policies, procedures, and employee handbooks, tailored to local labor laws and cultural norms.

Manage the recruitment process for new hires in France, ensuring compliance with labor regulations and alignment with Enpal’s culture and values.

Develop onboarding programs to support the smooth integration of new employees into the company.

Support employee relations by addressing workplace issues and ensuring a positive work environment.

Oversee payroll and benefits administration, ensuring compliance with French labor and tax laws.
