Recruiter (m/f/d)

We are looking for a (Senior) Recruiter, to join our international team and support our scale up/expansion - your role is crucial to make it possible! 

What will you be doing? You will support our international sourcing team throughout the entire recruitment process. 

Requirements:

• You are able to support with generating cold leads (e.g. marketing campaigns, local partnerships).
• Independently conduct and coordinate phone, video and in-person interviews at bi-monthly castings. 
• Conduct final interviews and support with final decision makingfor candidates who skip casting step.
• Support candidate management to increase retention of sourced candidates.

• You have relevant experience in HR/recruitment - from lead generation to offer. 
• You are characterized by quick comprehension and a desire to engage. 
• You are able to react flexibly to the company's needs. 
• You are familiar with "Start-Up Recruiting" and accustomed to filling several vacant positions at the same time. 
• You are proactive and always try to think ahead.
• Good knowledge of MS Office package. 
• You are communicative and fluent in Bosnian and English (German is a plus).
