We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced HR & Legal Manager to support our operations and ensure seamless integration of HR and legal frameworks within our growing back-office structure.
This role is ideal for someone with strong expertise in local labor law, corporate legal compliance, and human resources management. You will play a vital role in shaping Enpal’s operations in Tunisia by providing HR and legal support to the team.
Key Responsibilities:

HR Structure & Compliance: Build and implement the HR framework for Enpal's Tunisia office, ensuring alignment with local labor laws, policies, procedures, and cultural norms.

Recruitment Support: Manage recruitment processes for hiring planning designers, sales agents, and technical positions in Tunisia. Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and maintain alignment with Enpal’s values and company culture.

Onboarding & Integration: Develop and execute onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new employees into the team, providing support for a seamless transition.

Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, promote a positive work environment, and ensure strong communication between teams across Tunisia and other offices.

Payroll & Benefits Management: Oversee payroll and benefits administration, ensuring compliance with Tunisian labor and tax laws.

Legal Compliance: Advise the team on legal matters, including contracts, employee rights, and compliance with Tunisian laws. Ensure Enpal’s operations in Tunisia meet all legal obligations.
