Staff Technical Product Manager Security and Resilience (f/m/d) 

As a Staff Technical Product Manager for Security & Resilience, you will drive the technical vision and strategy for our security and resilience initiatives across our cloud and IoT platforms. You will work cross-functionally to build and execute the roadmap, ensure our digital products are scalable, available, and secure, and drive technical excellence while meeting business objectives in a rapidly scaling infrastructure.

At Enpal, you will be responsible for:  

• Product Vision & Strategy: Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for security and resilience initiatives across DevOps, Security, and Platform teams. Translate business requirements into technical solutions while maintaining a balance between security, user experience, and business goals.  

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Lead complex product development efforts across multiple teams, working closely with engineering, security, and platform teams to create and implement standards for secure, resilient infrastructure and application development.  

• Stakeholder Management & Communication: Drive alignment across the organization by managing stakeholders at all levels. Provide high-level reporting on key initiatives, metrics, and OKRs. Transform complex technical concepts into clear business value propositions.  

• Technical Product Development: Own the product lifecycle from discovery to delivery, prioritizing features and capabilities based on business impact and technical constraints. Build and maintain the technical landscape overview and investment needs for security, resilience, and scalability initiatives.  

• Technical Problem Solving: Drive technical decisions through a deep understanding of system requirements, security needs, and infrastructure constraints. Engage with engineering teams, operations, security specialists, and other technical stakeholders to gather insights and balance competing needs for optimal solution development.  

• You have a strategic mindset, technical depth, and a passion for building secure, resilient products. 

• You have a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions for complex business problems. 

• You have 7+ years of technical product management experience, with demonstrated success in managing complex security or infrastructure products and driving cross-team initiatives.  

• You have a strong technical background with an understanding of cloud infrastructure, security principles, and system design. Ability to participate in technical discussions and make informed architectural decisions.  

• You have a proven track record of shipping successful products and features, with experience in agile methodologies and product development processes.  

• You excel in product discovery, prioritization, and roadmap development, with the ability to balance technical debt, feature development, and business needs.  

• You have strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience and the ability to define and track relevant metrics.  

• You have outstanding communication skills in both English and German, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to various audiences and drive alignment across teams.  

• You have a self-driven mindset with the ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments, take ownership, and drive results.  

• You have a pragmatic approach to product development with focus on iterative improvements while maintaining high standards for security, resilience, and scalability.
