At Enpal, you'll be responsible for:
Program leadership: Develop and execute a roadmap for security and resilience initiatives across DevOps, Security and Platform. Guide projects that align with our strategic goals for security and operational resilience.
Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with DevOps, Security and Platform teams to create, implement, and monitor standards for secure, resilient infrastructure and application development.
Stakeholder management: Keep stakeholders informed and engaged by providing high-level reporting and insights on key initiatives. Align program deliverables to organizational outcomes for consistent improvement and risk reduction.
Tactical and strategic alignment: build and maintain landscape overview and investment needs for all tech teams for Resilience, Security and Scalability. Identify synergies in ongoing initiatives and orchestrate these efforts towards our shared goals.
