Your duties

As a Program Manager for Security & Resilience, you will ensure our digital products are scalable, available and secure across our cloud and IoT platforms. You will work cross-functionally to drive and guide our technical teams, identify synergies, and streamline business continuity management, security and resilience practices in a rapidly scaling infrastructure.

At Enpal, you'll be responsible for: 

  • Program leadership: Develop and execute a roadmap for security and resilience initiatives across DevOps, Security and Platform. Guide projects that align with our strategic goals for security and operational resilience. 

  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with DevOps, Security and Platform teams to create, implement, and monitor standards for secure, resilient infrastructure and application development. 

  • Stakeholder management: Keep stakeholders informed and engaged by providing high-level reporting and insights on key initiatives. Align program deliverables to organizational outcomes for consistent improvement and risk reduction. 

  • Tactical and strategic alignment: build and maintain landscape overview and investment needs for all tech teams for Resilience, Security and Scalability. Identify synergies in ongoing initiatives and orchestrate these efforts towards our shared goals.  

  • Steering for empathy and understanding. Only when we comprehend what the market needs we can create solutions that truly address underlying challenges. Ask critical questions and listen to operations, craftspeople, sales - there are so many stakeholders and users to get input from, and balancing their needs leads to the best solutions. 

Your profile

An ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset and a passion for pragmatic improvement in a high-impact role. We are looking for roughly a 50% fit with for what we ask. The other 50% is a surprise to us, it is the magic you bring to the table and the diversity in which you make us grow. 

  • 7+ years in a program management or digital product management role within a technology domain, with demonstrated success in managing complex, multi-team projects. 

  • Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences, with experience in status reporting, problem-solving, and stakeholder alignment. 

  • You can navigate and keep an overview of complex organizations with many teams and interest groups with ease. 

  • You communicate clearly in English and German, spoken and written. Crisp and concise ways of formulating your ideas and opinions, reducing complex problems to clear next steps. 

  • You are inspired by the energy transition and want to make a difference. We are one of the biggest players in the solar business and want to make this change with you.
