Head of Academy - Bosnia

• Youll be responsible for coordinating and operationally managing the academy
• Driving conceptual development of the academy and training plans
• Tracking KPIs for regular reporting, continuous improvement of academy processes, and goal achievement
• Implementing, standardizing, and optimizing process workflows in the academy
• Leading, supporting, and developing trainers and trainees
• Youll be the interface between the academy and the headquarter in Germany
• Youll coordinate smooth operational flow as a point of contact for local service providers
• Youll represent Enpal and its values externally in Bosnia and Herzegovina

• Relevant professional and technical experience in a technical industry, preferably with knowledge in the solar industry
• Several years of leadership experience, for example, in construction management or similar positions
• Experience in training and further development of employees
• Ability to act responsibily and being a role model as a training manager, being able to work with joy and persuasion with adults of all age groups
• User knowledge in handling MS Office / ERP systems
• Ability to conduct constructive discussions, foster a feedback culture, and implement development measures for employees
• You are able to speak Bosnian at a mother tongue level and German at least at level B2
