Deine Aufgaben

  • By managing sourcing activities, you’ll ensure we find and hire top-tech talent efficiently and effectively. 
  • Through close collaboration with hiring managers, you’ll empower and educate them to align sourcing strategies with the specific needs of our technical teams. 
  • By building a compelling storyline and nurturing a strong and diverse talent pipeline, you’ll keep us connected with the best candidates in the tech field. 
  • By fostering strong relationships with your team, you’ll create a collaborative environment where everyone works toward the same hiring goals. 
  • By collaborating on exciting projects, you’ll enhance the candidate and hiring manager experience. 

Dein Profil

  • Min. 2+ years of experience in technology talent sourcing (using various tools and techniques) in a dynamic scale-up environment.  
  • Experience managing candidates, from pitching, interviewing and keeping the ATS pipeline up to date, until making an offer.  
  • Experience delivering sourcing strategies crafted according to hiring teams' needs. 
  • Ability to lead sourcing projects in scaleup organizations. 
  • A strong sense of ownership, the ability to find solutions and thrive in ambiguous environment.
  • A passion for continuous improvement and inspiring those around you to excel.  
  • Demonstrated success in stakeholder management, with the ability to present data-driven insights that influence hiring managers toward optimal outcomes. 
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey ideas clearly in English (German is a plus).
