Manager Financial Processes (f/m/x)

• You are responsible for the design, implementation, and continuous group-wide improvement of the Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) process. 
• You drive the digital transformation of the entire P2P process chain, considering the existing technical systems landscape and beyond. 
• You act as the central point of contact for the accounting department. 
• You create value by enabling finance teams to effectively use and integrate various cross-functional processes and tools (ERP, E-Procurement, Tableau, MS Office & SharePoint, DMS, etc.). 
• You conduct in-depth process analyses to understand the needs of all stakeholders and assess the impact of processes. 
• You provide on-site support and assistance during the implementation and go-live phases of key projects. 

• You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance, Accounting, or Controlling. 
• You have at least 2 years of experience in a financial environment, ideally within a fast-growing company or a consulting firm. 
• You possess strong analytical and conceptual skills, along with a holistic understanding of the P2P process. 
• You have experience in implementing or working with ERP systems and other tools along the P2P process chain. 
• You are capable of working with cross-functional departments and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders across all levels. 
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and can express yourself fluently in English at a C1 level. German language skills are advantageous.
