Business Controller - Supply Chain (Finance) (f/m/d)

• You lead financial analysis and reporting for inventory management, tracking trends, identifying variances, and uncovering cost-saving opportunities.
• You manage and optimize inventory control processes, ensuring accurate valuations, turnover, and stock levels.
• You prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, providing actionable insights into inventory performance, stock aging, and financial impacts.
• You develop and maintain KPIs and dashboards to track inventory efficiency, turnover rates, and other key metrics.
• You support budgeting and forecasting activities by delivering insights on inventory planning, cost allocation, and potential risks.
• You identify and recommend strategies to reduce holding costs, improve inventory accuracy, and streamline supply chain efficiency.

• You’ve got a Master’s in Finance, Business, or something related.
• You bring 3 years of extensive experience in business control, financial analysis, or accounting, with a strong focus on inventory management.
• You’re skilled in ERP systems (MS Dynamics preferred) and have advanced Excel skills.
• You speak German and English professionally.
