(Senior) Business Controller - Supply Chain (f/m/d)

• You lead financial analysis and reporting for inventory management, tracking trends, spotting variances, and uncovering cost-saving opportunities.
• You set up and maintain inventory control processes, making sure valuations, turnover, and stock levels are spot on.
• You run regular inventory audits and cycle counts, ensuring everything’s accurate and in line with financial standards.
• You prep monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, offering insights on inventory performance, stock aging, and financial impacts.
• You create KPIs and dashboards to keep an eye on inventory efficiency, turnover rates, and other key metrics.
• You support budgeting and forecasting by providing insights on inventory planning and cost allocation.
• You offer strategic recommendations to cut holding costs, boost inventory accuracy, and streamline supply chain efficiency.

• You’ve got a Master’s in Finance, Business, or something related.
• You’re professionally certified, either CIMA, ACCA, or CFA.
• You bring extensive experience in business control, financial analysis, or accounting, with a strong focus on inventory management.
• You’re skilled in ERP systems (MS Dynamics preferred) and have advanced Excel skills.
• You’ve got excellent communication and collaboration skills, making you great at working with cross-functional teams.
