Flexa, a Joint Venture between Enpal and Entrix, is chartered with establishing a Virtual Power Plant (VPP) that delivers exceptional energy cost savings while supporting the transition to a 100% renewable electricity future. Through a deep integration into the installed hardware and a direct connection to the customer interfaces, Flexa’s solution controls the energy assets (such as EV, heat pump, home storage and others) of the entire Enpal energy community with an exceptional level of accuracy, speed, transparency, and thus customer satisfaction. With intelligent real-time dispatching algorithms, Flexa maximizes Enpal customers’ usable flexibility and its returns on energy markets including costs, such as grid fees, asset degradation.

Your duties

Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap in alignment with company goals and objectives with the product and engineering teams.
Gather and analyze requirements, market trends, regulation, and end-customer needs to shape product decisions.
Translate requirements into product features and specifications, ensuring clarity and alignment with engineering teams.
Collaborate closely with engineering teams to prioritize features, define technical requirements while ensuring competitive differentiation and innovation of your product.
Understand and analyze product performance metrics to guide continuous improvement, drive innovation and maintain competitive advantage in the market.
Collaborate with our partners, Enpal and Entrix, to ensure seamless vertical integration of our product, achieving exceptional VPP performance
Work closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate product development efforts. Communicate product vision, priorities, and progress to stakeholders.
Being ahead of energy market and regulatory developments to ensure our Virtual Power Plant leverages all available revenue streams and acts according to most current market regulations

Your profile

3+ years experience of hands-on product management experience in Tech industry working on complex software products.
You have a strong technical background and enjoy working at the intersection of tech, product and business development.
Proven track record of successfully managing and launching complex technology products.
You enjoy solving problems and sparring ideas in a cross-functional team with software engineers, data scientists, product managers, and more
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in German is a plus

Skills to Set You Apart

You have built and managed a truly innovative product.
You have experience in the energy industry, specifically with energy trading, Virtual Power Plants and/or HEMS
