Our interview process
In an initial conversation—whether by phone or video—we look forward to getting to know you, giving you a first insight into Enpal, and finding out together whether we are the right next step for you.
In order to assess your skills and knowledge as accurately as possible, we will take a closer look at the expectations and tasks of the role together. This will also give you the opportunity to get to know your potential manager and the team.
We believe in the power and dynamism of strong teams that can make a difference. That's why it's important to us that you get to know your future team. The process may vary slightly depending on the role.
It's a match?! Now that we know each other better, we can make a decision based on factual feedback. If everything is right, we will make you an offer to join our fight against climate change.
Tips for your interview
It is always an advantage to go into an interview well prepared. But of course you don't have to know everything. We recommend that you think about what might interest your interviewers and how you would like to present yourself.
Show us who you are, what you can do and what you are particularly proud of. And don't forget: we invited you because we already believe, based on your application, that it could be a good fit!
Our interview process is not a one-way street. We have lots of questions, but you can also ask us anything that will help you better understand whether we are a good fit.
