Through a deep integration into the installed hardware and a direct connection to the customer interfaces, Flexa’s solution controls the energy assets (such as EV, heat pump, home storage and others) of the entire Enpal energy community with an exceptional level of accuracy, speed, transparency, and thus customer satisfaction. With intelligent real-time dispatching algorithms, Flexa maximizes Enpal customers’ usable flexibility and its returns on energy markets including costs, such as grid fees, asset degradation.

Take full ownership of the product’s success, leveraging your entrepreneurial mindset to drive innovation, strengthen our market leadership and identify new opportunities for growth.

Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap in alignment with company goals and objectives with the product and engineering teams.

Gather and analyze requirements, market trends, regulation, and end-customer needs to shape product decisions.

Translate requirements into product features and specifications, ensuring clarity and alignment with engineering teams.

Collaborate closely with engineering teams to prioritize features, define technical requirements while ensuring competitive differentiation and innovation of your product.

Understand and analyze product performance metrics to guide continuous improvement, drive innovation and maintain competitive advantage in the market.

Collaborate with our partners, Enpal and Entrix, to ensure seamless vertical integration of our product, achieving exceptional VPP performance

Being ahead of energy market and regulatory developments to ensure our Virtual Power Plant leverages all available revenue streams and acts according to most current market regulations
Your profile

Target University with strong technical background and enjoying working at the intersection of tech, product and business development

Proven track record of stellar previous experience either full time or internships (exp Start-ups, Consulting or Venture Building)

You enjoy solving problems and sparring ideas in a cross-functional team with software engineers, data scientists, product managers, and more
-
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in German is a plus
