You will:
- Manage the Salesforce instance to ensure data integrity, security, and perform basic audits regularly.
- Conduct training sessions for Business Owners on new features and assist with rollouts.
- Present system changes, enhancements, and training sessions to diverse audiences effectively.
- Help manage and ensure high-quality support via the ticket system, driving resolution and continuous improvement.
- Develop and enforce best practices for reporting, access models, GDPR compliance, MFA/SSO strategies, and audit controls.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Developers to optimize governor limits and overall platform scalability.
- Assist with deployments in a GitHub environment, contributing to continuous integration efforts.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for processes, policies, application configurations, and user guides.
- Manage operational requests and troubleshoot system, process, and data-related issues, collaborating with diverse business user groups.
