Automation & Tech Venture Development Intern (m/w/d)

• Build & Launch Automation Solutions: Use no-/low-code tools like Airtable, Make, and Retool to develop automations that improve business processes — from scratch and with full ownership. 
• Identify Bottlenecks & Solve Them: Work directly with stakeholders across teams to spot inefficiencies and build smart, scalable fixes. 
• Drive Your Own Projects End-to-End: From the first idea to the final implementation, you’ll be responsible for the outcomes of your work. We’ll guide you, but you’ll lead the way. 
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering & Business Teams: You’ll work hands-on with experienced professionals across functions and bring your own perspective to the table. 
• Experiment with the Newest AI Tech: Dive into AI tools like LLMs and autonomous agents. You won’t just watch — you’ll try, build, and learn by doing. 

• You’re studying technology, business, or a related field — and you’re eager to apply your knowledge in a real-world setting. 
• You have a curious mindset, a bias for action, and aren’t afraid to take initiative and own your work. 
• You’ve played around with Python or no-/low-code tools — or are excited to learn fast. 
• Ideally, you’ve built things before: in side projects, internships, hackathons, or student initiatives. 
• You’re analytical, structured, and detail-oriented — but you move fast and keep things pragmatic. 
• You’re fluent in English (German is a plus, but not required). 
• You thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments where ownership matters more than job titles.
