Deine Aufgaben

As a Sales Development Representative at Enpal, you will play a core role in contributing to the success of our most important project. Your primary goal will be to diligently book high-quality product demonstrations, directly impacting the achievement of key milestones at Enpal. Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and engage with potential clients through various channels to generate qualified leads for our Fintech products. 

  • Outreach and Communication: Execute targeted outreach campaigns to educate prospects on the value of our solutions and schedule high-impact product demonstrations. 

  • Qualification: Conduct thorough qualification of leads to ensure that scheduled demos align with the needs and interests of potential clients 

  • Pipeline Management: Effectively manage and nurture the sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads for the Sales team. 

  • Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the Sales team to transfer qualified opportunities and contribute to the achievement of overall sales targets. 

  • Metrics and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions, track key performance metrics, and provide regular reports on lead generation activities. 

Dein Profil

 We are seeking a dynamic individual with the following qualifications: 

  • Previous experience in a Sales Development Representative role or similar position. 

  • Proven ability to generate high-quality leads and schedule product demonstrations. 

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate the value proposition of our Fintech products effectively. 

  • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets. 

  • Motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation technologies. 

  • Fluent in German and good English skills.
