Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer

• Develop and refine pre-shipment inspection protocols to align with product specifications and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct on-site quality checks, including regular visits to key suppliers in the Silesia region, to monitor and improve production processes.
• Lead the search for new suppliers and foster the growth of existing partnerships, focusing on components for heat pumps and solar products (e.g. solar panels, inverters, storage solutions).
• Guide new products through the initial ramp-up phase and oversee continuous improvement efforts.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and their production schedules and conduct annual performance reviews.

• Proven experience in quality assurance or supplier management, with a strong preference for backgrounds in heat pump systems, heating components, and solar energy products.
• Familiarity with specific qualifications or certifications such as ISO 9001 or Six Sigma is advantageous.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to optimize complex processes.
• Outstanding communication skills in Polish and English; knowledge of German or Chinese is beneficial.
• A willingness to travel regularly within the Silesia region and occasionally beyond.
