For our new office in Cairo, we are looking for highly driven Financial Controllers who want to make a real impact in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.
Financial Analysis & Business Partnership
- You analyze financial performance across business units and proactively challenge Business Controllers to improve commercial decisions.
- You support Accounting teams in ensuring correct postings and transparency on P&L, cost centers, and project codes.
Reporting & Automation
- You further develop and automate cost and management reports to support financial steering and enhance data availability across departments.
- You refine cost allocation and recharge mechanisms to reflect operational realities and ensure fairness across business units.
Stakeholder Management & Continuous Improvement
- You coordinate cross-functional reporting processes and ensure high-quality performance dialogues within the organization.
- You drive the improvement of financial tools, processes, and reporting standards in close collaboration with Finance and non-Finance stakeholders.
