Quality Analyst (No prior experience needed)

Job Description:

The Quality Manager is responsible for overseeing and controlling the work of technicians during product installations of PV system. They ensure that all work meets the required criteria and standards of the protocols, providing vital feedback for improvement. The role involves meticulous quality checks conducted at various stages of the installation process to guarantee a high standard of work.

Responsibilities:

• Remotely assess the technical quality of PV system using a live installation protocol.
• Conduct comprehensive quality checks at different stages of the installation process.
• Ensure all work aligns with predetermined criteria and meets defined quality parameters.
• Enhance and maintain high-quality standards for the PV systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and improve overall quality.
• Document and maintain accurate records of quality assessments and findings.
• Identify areas for process improvement and propose necessary adjustments to enhance efficiency and quality.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English, (German language is a plus).
• Basic computer skills for utilizing necessary software and applications.
• Passion for technical work and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Openness to learning and willingness to adapt to evolving processes.
• Experience is not mandatory, individuals with varying experience levels, including those with no prior experience, are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.
