Deine Aufgaben

We are looking for a highly qualified and motivated FP&A Lead to join our team.
We welcome candidates who have recently completed a master’s degree or an MBA or who need an internship to complete their education.

This role will be responsible for the financial planning and analysis of the company, significantly contributing to the business's growth and success.

Dein Profil

Strategic Development: Collaborate with the CEO and other management members to develop a comprehensive financial plan aligned with the company’s goals and objectives. Support the team in making informed strategic decisions and long-term planning.
P&L Forecasting and Financial Projections: Develop and manage detailed P&L forecasts, ensuring accurate financial data analysis and predicting future revenues and expenses to make informed decisions on financial sustainability.
Conversion Monitoring and Estimation: Lead the monitoring of leads, timing, and conversion rate estimates for forecasts.
Cash Flow and Budget Management: Effectively manage cash flow to ensure the company has the necessary funds for daily operations, as well as plan and monitor the interdepartmental budget.
Interface with Team Leaders and Management: Work closely with team leaders and management, including the Logistics Director, Business Operations, VP Sales, and CEO, to ensure optimal cost management.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field. A master’s degree or MBA in Finance is a plus.
Technical Skills: Excellent knowledge of Excel, P&L, and solid financial and accounting knowledge.
Experience: Relevant experience in a B2C startup or scale-up.
Effective Communication: Ability to clearly communicate financial plans to diverse audiences, facilitating the understanding and adoption of strategies.

Job type: 6-month internship with the possibility of stabilization
Salary: €750 gross
Working hours: 09:00 - 18:00, Monday to Friday
